RVCA
Established to promote the genuine integrity of RVCA’s subcultures while simultaneously giving back to the community, RVCA in essence is redefining the way the market views art and fashion as represented through the balance of opposites and how they coexist: water, oil; air, land; destruction, industrialization; art, science; foreign, domestic; order, anarchy; past, present.

and they were GOOD! MIMAS
I love that european singing english style and the pedals and loops and trumpet add so much! Oh and the carefree fun lyrics.

SMOOSH and KCRW
Last night I posted the video of Find A Way by Smoosh. Smoosh being two awesome teenage girls from Seattle signed to Barsuk Records, their last album recorded by one of the guys from Death Cab For Cutie.
This is a link to Smoosh's KCRW performance. KCRW is an amazing radio station based in south California. The archives are so impressive and have mega studio performances from the likes of bloc party, the postal service, death cab for cutie, travis, nadasurf to list just a few. One show in particular, 'Morning Becomes Eclectic' hosted by Nic Harcourt is really sweet. Enjoy!
